Susan M. LeBow directs the firm's matrimonial and family law practice. She graduated from Brooklyn College cum laude and from Brooklyn Law School magna cum laude, and was elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society May 21st 1959. She was Valedictorian of her Law School graduating class.
Ms. LeBow currently serves as a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association Judicial Screening Committee and the Suffolk County Women's Advisory Commission. She is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association Committee on Professional Ethics and Civility, the Fee Dispute Arbitration Panel, The Grievance Committee, and the Matrimonial & Family Law Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association. She also serves as Chair of the Suffolk County Democratic Women's Caucus. Susan LeBow has been recognized in Who's Who of American Women and the World Who's Who of Women. She is a founder of the Victims Information Bureau (VIBES), which advocates for victims of abuse or rape.
Ms. LeBow has served as Counsel to NOW, as Chairperson of the Suffolk County Ethics Commission, an officer of the Board of Trustees of Suffolk Community College, and on the Board of Trustees of the Suffolk County Vanderbilt Museum.
Ms. LeBow is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Suffolk and Nassau County Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
